To ensure safety for the Lunar New Year festival season in the year of Giap Thin 2024, the armed forces of the province have deployed early and seriously implemented the operational plan, ready to fight. Specifically, the Provincial Military Command organized, used on-site forces, mobile forces, and air defense combat forces to protect key targets.

Military commanders at district and commune levels maintain strict combat readiness in accordance with regulations at all levels; coordinate proficient training in various scenarios, ready to handle situations promptly and effectively, especially in key areas, industrial zones; particularly emphasize coordination with local party committees, authorities, military forces, police, and other forces to maintain political security, social order and safety in the area.

Meanwhile, the Inspectorate of the Department of Transport has also deployed a plan to coordinate the implementation of ensuring traffic safety and urban order during the Lunar New Year Festival in 2024 in the area of Thu Dau Mot City.

The specialized inspection teams of the Department of Inspection in coordination with the Administrative Police force on social order management of the Provincial Police have increased patrols, inspections, and handling of violations of public order.

During the peak days of the Lunar New Year festival, the Department of Transport Inspection also cooperates with the Police, the Military Command of Thu Dau Mot City, and local self-defense forces to organize checkpoints to prevent traffic controllers from entering key areas; regulate the flow of people in and out properly, to prevent congestion and ensure traffic safety.
