6,892 meals of porridge given for poor patients and their families

Since June 2023, provincial General Hospital has organized a program on "Charity pot of porridge” for poor patients and their families every Tuesday and Friday afternoon.

The hospital has so far given 6,892 meals of porridge to poor patients and their families. Especially, these porridge meals were cooked by staff of the hospital’s Department of Nutrition, ensuring adequate nutrients, food hygiene and safety.

It is known that "Charity pot of porridge" program has been funded by individuals and volunteer organizations, thereby contributing to sharing difficulties with patients with difficult circumstances.
