 Nguyen Cao Quyen residing in Ben Cat district’s Hoa Loi commune is a typical example for the above mentioned thing. He won the prize A of “Young Economist” 2010 organized by the HCM City University of Economics and a ministry-level promotion prize on scientific research in 2010.

 Quyen was also honored with the certificates of merit from the Ministry of Education-Training and the principal of the HCM City University of Economics for his achievements in the scientific research movement among students. Besides, he is now a flexible Youth Union cadre and won the title of “good soldier” in the 2010 Green Summer Campaign.
