Participants had to complete question-answer exam on national defense and security, to write draft resolution and instruction on implementing some tasks of national defense and security, practice on real shooting.

The contest helped the provincial Military Headquarters assess party committees and authorities at all levels’ capacity and role on local national defense for the sake of training and assignment.
