Democratic regime in grassroots best implemented

From the beginning of the year, democratic regime in grassroots, especially implementation of Decree No. 87/2007/ND-CP have been broadcast to communes, wards, and townlets. A representative from enterprise is making inquiries on salary and bonus to the employees Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem, Member of Public Affairs, Director of Mass Mobilisation of local Party Committee, cum Director of Steering Board on implementing all-level democratic regime confirmed that leaders have directed to implement Conclusion No. 65/KL-TW of Secretariat on “Continuing Directive No. 30/CT-TW of the Politburo of the 8th tenure on democratic regime in grassroots”, plan of local Party Committee in implementing Conclusion No. 65/KL-TW on integrating political duties to establishments, units, and localities.Implementation of democratic regime in communes, wards, and townlets has been in line by creating publi unity and trust. The implementation of democratic regime in administrative and professional units has enable the servants and cadres to promote their leadership while maintaining individual obligations and benefits and improvement of discipline to better service the public.Mr. Nguyen Thanh Liem further informed that the democratic regime under Decree No. 87 should be led by sectors and agencies. Up to date, 143 enterprises have organized conference of employees. So as to promote the decree, the provincial steering board demanded its grassroots in district, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City to continue with training courses for enterprises attached to plans and inspection by the end of 2012. Besides, to facilitate the launch, the professional group No. 87 of the province has coordinated to translate the Decree No. 87 into English and Chinese for easier access of enterprises.As evaluated, in the first 6 months of the year, the people’s inspectorate and investment monitoring units have effectively implemented democratic regime by resolving 764 plaintiffs and practising excellent mass mobilisation.Evaluating the major plan of the province, Deputy Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee, Mr. Huynh Van Nhi stated measures to implement democratic regime in the last 6 months of the year, of which, demanding enterprises to meet their employees at least twice a year to be well-informed of rights, benefits, and obligations. For the time to come, provincial People’s Committee shall meet Taiwanese association of entrepreneurs to promote the Decree No. 87 among Taiwanese enterprises.Reported by Ho Van – Translated by Vi Bao
