The local Youth Union held a project of “Gathering local young workers for the period of 2011-2015”. Accordingly, programs, educational activities and cares for young workers will be focused on, making a great breakthrough in gathering young workers in line with the 10th Party Central Executive Commission’s Resolution 20/NQ-TW on building a strong working class in the industrialization and modernization period.

Nguyen Thanh Liem, head of local Mass Mobilization Committee steers to launch the project entitled “Gathering local young workers for the 2011-2015 period”.

At present, over 30,000 local young workers have joined in sub-societies for young lodgers. Through education, young workers have enjoyed great spiritual values, improving their knowledge, communication skill, behavior. Besides, through youth activities, they have learnt about Binh Duong land.

However, only 10% out of 353,000 young workers working at the province have joined in youth activities. Gathering and offering conditions for young workers are crucial tasks to keep and lure human resources. Gathering young workers for the 2011-2015 period is not a simple job. The steering board of the project will develop 2,000 key officials, 4,000 propagandists, hold and gather about 70,000 young workers and youths.

Through organizations of youth union, women union, agencies and departments, young workers will enjoy attention to material and spiritual life by activities of week for young workers, IT universalization project, legal promulgation, job placement, health care…

Results of gathering young workers will depend on efforts of the steering board of the project as well as cooperation from social community. However, through the project, there will be more young workers engaging actively in labor, production.
