FDI attraction reaches US$ 4.63 billion in Q1

Vietnam's investment climate has continued being positively evaluated by the international community, with foreign direct investment (FDI) implemented in the first 3 months of 2024 estimated at US$ 4.63 billion, up 7.1% over the same period last year. Phi Thi Huong Nga, Deputy Director of the Industry and Construction Statistics Department under the General Statistics Office said: "Total registered FDI investment capital in the first quarter of 2024 was nearly US$ 6.17 billion, an increase of 13 .4% over the same period in 2023.
