Under the campaign of “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”, young people of provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union have spared no efforts to study and work, contributing to building of a prosperous and beautiful homeland.

Over the past five years, provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union organized 6 classes on “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” for more than 15,000 cadres and members. 47 out of 55 Youth Union branches with Party organization also held classes on special subjects pertaining to Uncle Ho’s exemplary morals.

Following Uncle Ho’s example, youths of the bloc got involved in many voluntary activities for social welfare. Particularly, they actively mobilized and supported more than VND850mln for natural disaster-hit people; visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and the poor with a total expense of more than VND770mln…

They also donated 95 gratitude and compassion houses worth more than VND2.8bln; presented gifts worth more than VND750mln to needy young workers; gave 30,000 notebooks, 700 books for children living in the remote areas; planted more than 50,000 green trees at industrial parks…

Noticeably, the movement of “Initiatives in production” received positive response from the bloc’s youths. There were 71 technological initiatives and innovations applied in production over the past five years, bringing a profit of more than VND10bln.

Such these apart, provincial Business’s Youth Union maintained a contest on Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts every two years with the participation of 980 turns of cadres and members; implemented four programs named “Lighting the dream of Vietnamese youths”; organized exchange programs with 36 exemplary role models in all aspects; held two festivals of “advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings” and honored 6 advanced youths in following Uncle Ho’s teachings…

With the above mentioned achievements, youths of provincial Business Bloc’s Youth Union were awarded the certificates of merit by provincial People’s Committee and Youth Union for their excellent performance in the campaign of “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” over the past time.
