Along with the industrial development process, Binh Duong has formed a regional logistics service chain, with an infrastructure system that gradually meets local commercial activities. This system currently includes 15 large-scale logistics centers, including 3 ICDs (inland container depots) and 1 international railway station serving import and export of goods. The province has 10 river ports, 21 warehouses, 19 bonded warehouses, 2 CFS warehouses, serving well the production activities in industrial parks and clusters and performing the function of distributing goods to provinces and cities in the region and for export.
With strong industrial development, the province's total import-export turnover in 2023 reached US$54.9 billion, and in the first 8 months of 2024 reached US$38.5 billion, showing great potential for Binh Duong's logistics sector to develop strongly. Meanwhile, the province is speeding up the progress of key projects, such as projects of upgrading and expanding National Highway 13, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3, Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4, Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh Expressway section passing through Binh Duong to create favorable conditions for the logistics sector to grow commensurate with local available potential.
