On February 1, Provincial Labor Confederation held a "Tet Reunion - Spring Sharing" program 2024. The program was attended by Phan Van Anh, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Speaking at the program, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Nguyen Van Loc emphasized that with the motto of not leaving any worker on Tet festival, in addition to budget support, the provincial leaders directed departments, branches, and local authorities to review the number of disadvantaged workers to promptly provide support; Along with that, mobilize resources to take care of workers staying in Binh Duong to celebrate Tet, provide transportation support to carry workers to localities across the country to reunite with their families during Tet holidays...
At the program, leaders of the province and branches awarded 500 Tet gifts to trade union members and disadvantaged workers; awarded 100 scholarships to children of workers having difficult circumstances; commended 15 workers for outstanding performance in 2023...
On this occasion, many businesses made donations to Support Fund for workers having extremely difficult circumstances, with more than 2 billion VND in money and gifts. On this occasion, Vietinbank Binh Duong Branch also presented 500,000 VND to each case.
