Before starting diplomat missions in nations, the newly appointed ambassadors have paid a visit to Binh Duong Province, commiting to support the province in promoting investment and trade.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Singapore Tran Thai Hau: I am impressed by nonstop reforms, especially in luring foreign investment including Viet Nam Singapore Industrial Parks as symbol of success of investment source from Singapore. I think that Binh Duong Province should concentrate on high quality and technology implemented to the industrial parks by high quality labor resource. Currently, Singapore and Viet Nam have connecting programs which may benefit Binh Duong development in a sense that economic diplomacy through 3 steps of opening up, companion, and obstacles removal. As an ambassador, I am ready to support enterprises with initial steps of investment promotion.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Belgium Pham Sanh Chau: It would be proud of me to introduce Binh Duong Province as a model of economic development to contacts. Broadcasting, then, is no longer our responsibility but our pride. In exportation, negotiation is required but conducted with European Commission which has main office in Belgium. We can help to promote such negotiation. Besides, we can verify economic partners who intend to do business in Viet Nam and even in Binh Duong Province. I think that investors in the Europe will also invest into hotels, restaurants, education, and retailing systems in Binh Duong New City; however, Binh Duong Province should enhance cultural image broadcasting through improvement of tourism.

Vietnamese Ambassador to United States of America Nguyen Quoc Cuong: Binh Duong is a leading province in reforms. My upcoming mission to the USA will be meaningful in promoting investments from there especially to high-tech and education fields in Binh Duong. We will coordinate with Binh Duong authority in trips of trade promotion to the USA.

Japan’s Osaka Consul Le Quoc Thinh: Japan is a potential place of investors who have been greatly attracted to Binh Duong Province; however, I think we can maximize investment environment and living conditions to attract more investors. High-tech is a sustainable approach to future development. To effectively promote trade, enterprises should be at the site as witnesses of achievements and shortcomings.
