North Tan Uyen District accelerates the progress of key projects

Currently, North Tan Uyen district has three traffic construction projects invested by the province that are being executed to create connections, facilitate traffic, transport goods, and stimulate economic development.

Specifically, the project of upgrading and expanding DT746 road from Tan Thanh intersection to Hoi Nghia intersection is currently applying prices, developing compensation, support and resettlement plans for people in accordance with regulations. The progress of paying compensation so far has reached about 97%, and it is expected that all legal documents for land recovery and compensation will be completed in April 2024. According to the District People's Committee, after completing the compensation and being allocated capital, the Provincial Traffic Project Management Board will conduct construction bidding procedures. For the project of upgrading road DT746, the section from Go bridge to Hieu Liem wharf, the results of selecting a construction contractor have been announced. Thu Bien - Dat Cuoc road project (additional part) will affect about 269 households and organizations.

Recently, North Tan Uyen district has issued a land recovery plan and announced land recovery to 102/269 households, individuals and organizations. The district Office of Natural Resources and Environment is coordinating with consulting units to urgently advise the District People's Committee to develop land appraisal certificates for compensation and resettlement.

In the coming time, the district will strengthen coordination with relevant units to speed up the implementation progress of key transportation projects invested by the province in the area.
