This was steered by the provincial People’s Committee vice chairman Huynh Van Nhi at an April 4 meeting on organizing big anniversaries in 2011. At the meeting, Nhi agreed on the set common plans. Accordingly, the year 0f 2011 will include big holidays of Hung Vuong King’s Death anniversary, the 36th anniversary of Southern Liberation Day and the 121st anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday, the 66th anniversary of August Revolution and the National Day.

In 2012 alone, the province will hold many lively programs on the 15th anniversary of re-establishment of Binh Duong province.

The province chairman asked relevant agencies to hold anniversaries on thrift and steered agencies to take charge of preparing and holding anniversaries thoroughly.
