The first stage of military recruitment in 2011 has been projected to Phu Giao, Ben Cat, Dau Tieng, and Di An for calling for conscripts at the assigned quantity. In the two localities of Phu Giao and Ben Cat, authority has concentrated on the task to fully prepare for them to join the army and service national defense.

In 2011, Phu Giao District’s authority is required to call for 155 conscripts to be recruited to service 6 units of Ministry of Defense. To ensure recruiment quality, documents and Law on military service, especially Ministry of Defense’s Circular No. 167/2010/TT-BQP dated November 19, 2010 has been grasped by local authority. The criteria include political attitude and health qualification.

 Higher quality has been promoted in Phu Giao thanks to propaganda and awareness enhancement of the youths.

 The military acceptance ceremony is coming near, prompting Phu Giao District to plan for festive activities to encourage conscripts.

meanwhile, Ben Cat District’s authority has seconded officials to areas calling for conscripts to join military service. With this new approach, propaganda for military service has been boosted up. Ben Cat District’s authority is expecting for successful military service recruitment for 5 units of the army.
