Early July 12, the Emulation Cluster of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) of Southeastern provinces organized an event with the theme of "Southeastern women are proud of tradition, sharing love" in Dau Tieng district. The event was attended by Do Thi Thu Thao, Permanent Vice President of the VWU Central Committee.

Providing livelihood support to ethnic minority women in Dau Tieng district

Speaking at the event, Mrs. Thao expressed her desire that all-level Women’s Unions in the cluster will continue excelling in education, upholding tradition and maintaining the emulation movement of "Building Vietnamese women in the new era".

During the event, leaders from the VWU Central Committee and the emulation cluster of Southeastern provinces provided livelihood support to five ethnic minority women’s households, gave gifts for ten children with cancer in Dau Tieng district and presented a symbolic board for constructing a “great unity” house to a female member in need of housing with a total value of VND 100 million from provincial Fatherland Front Committee’s Fund for the Poor.
