Vu Minh Sang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee made the statement at a meeting with the province’s youth delegation that will attend the 2012 National Youth Congress in Ha Noi on Dec.11 and 14 ahead.

Provincial Youth Union Secretary Nguyen Pham Duy Trang, who is also Head of the delegation reported Mr.Sang about the delegation’s preparatory work at the congress. Accordingly, the delegation has been assigned to write 4 speeches on 3 great activities: policies on young talent development, model of “Voluntary youths get involved in business”, measures on “taking care of young workers”. The speech on measures of “taking care of young workers” will be presented at the official sessions during the congress.

Mr.Sang spoke highly of the delegation’s thoughtful preparation while recommending the delegation’s members to raise high the spirit of responsibility and solidarity to effectively take part in activities at the congress. Also according to him, the delegation needs to present the local youths’ aspirations at the congress and learn effective youth models to promote the local youth movements. Each member also needs to well express the role of a youth of an industrial province with high flexibility.
