A draft resolution on establishing Binh Duong Provincial Election Committee was approved after meeting of steering board for election of delegates of the 8th tenure National Assembly and all-level People’s Council for the 2011-2016 term. The board also listened to proposals of individuals to be elected into National Assembly Delegation, People’s Council and servicing sub-committees. Meanwhile, standing committee of Provincial People’s Council has approved quantitative estimation of delegates to be elected and a draft plan for election organization.

 Provincial Party Committee Secretary Mai The Trung, cum head of the board, has concluded that the expected sub-committees to be established would be five including agenda and document, order – security – social safety, propaganda and mobilization, directive for appeals resolution, and finance – logistics – computer documenting. He, then, called for systematic organization of operation to ensure successful election within 1 day for delegates of 4 levels. He stressed on proposing candidates who are qualified and are favored as feminine.
