Provincial People's Committee meets for comments and approval of the contents of the 6th session of the 8th tenure Provincial People's Council
Yesterday morning of October 31, Chair of the provincial People's Committee (PPC), Mr. Le Thanh Cung hosted the 33rd session, approving the draft reports and resolutions relating to the price of land-use in 2013 in the province, the splitting of Ben Cat District and Tan Uyen Districts and policies for sport athletes and financial expenses related to sports activities. At the meeting, the PPC has spent most of the time discussing the comments on building of land-use prices in 2013 in the province. Chair of the PPC, Mr. Le Thanh Cung also asserted that the prices of land-use and compensation must be consistent with the reality, in accordance with the principle of stability, ensuring appropriateness when putting into operation, essentially being beneficial for the public who observe their rights and obligations to the State, the more stable compensation for clearance, the State usage of land fund for the construction of important works in the future. Comments on the draft report and resolution on the proposal of passing the splitting of Ben Cat and Tan Uyen Districts to establish Ben Cat and Tan Uyen Towns and two other new districts. Chair of the PPC, Mr. Le Thanh Cung also said that, in Ben Cat, the new district would be named 'Bau Bang', and in Tan Uyen 'Chien khu D' (D war zone) to bring up historical features of the locality. Together with the proposal of many delegates, Mr. Le Thanh Cung also suggested that the leaders of districts and towns should think more to complete the infra-construction of the two new districts. For the time to come, the province will decide upon tender invitation and plans to rapidly build infrastructure for the two new districts while the PPC will soon submit two schemes to the Standing Committee to approve.
