Leaders of Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs said the project was funded by non-governmental organization Saigon Children's Charity to help 100 students having difficult circumstances in the province for 5 years. The province's branches selected 100 students living in hardship in Thanh An commune and Dau Tieng town of Dau Tieng district to award the above scholarships.
