On January 28, provincial Women's Union coordinated with relevant units to organize the “Warm and loving spring 2024” program in Dau Tieng district’s Minh Tan commune, in attendance of Truong Thanh Nga, Chairwoman of provincial Women's Union, leaders of Dau Tieng district and donors.
At the event, the organization board offered 50 gifts to women in Minh Tan commune. The participating units also examined eyes, donated glasses and family medicine cabinets to 50 elderly people; gave Tet gifts and lucky money envelopes worth VND 500,000 for 50 women and children with difficult circumstances; donated 10 overlock machines and lucky money envelopes to 10 women with difficult circumstances, creating jobs, increasing income and helping them develop homebased business.
This was a Tet care program for the elderly, women and children with difficult circumstances co-organized by provincial Women's Union, Association of Women Entrepreneurs, Young Physicians’ Association, the Information and Communications Board of provincial Buddhist Sangha’s Executive Board, Binh Duong Medic General Hospital Co.Ltd., Hunt Brothers Co., VNPT Binh Duong, provincial Investment and Development Fund, State Bank - Binh Duong Branch, Binh Duong Water - Environment Corporation.
*On the afternoon of the same day, the delegation provided free medical check-ups, gifts for 100 people, including the elderly, women and children while giving livelihood support with 10 overlock machines worth VND 6 million each and accident insurance for disadvantaged women at the People's Committee of Phu An commune in Ben Cat town. The total value of the program on January 28 was more than VND 260 million.
