State agencies and social-political organizations must make favorable conditions for candidates to implement electoral campaigns and ensure that they will be implemented publicly, democratically and equally.

What should candidates pay attention in electoral campaigns?

Candidates must set out their significant and feasible action plans, showing their capacity and knowledge for executive agencies. Their action plans should be collected ideas from voters at electoral campaigns. The plans should refer to problems relating to voters’ concerns. Candidates who are former NA deputies and People’s Council deputies should report voters on their results in the past term whilst new candidates need to report voters on their current work.

Candidates need to publicize their academic knowledge to help voters enjoy exact choices. Besides, they must pledge to spend for voters after winning the election.

What important issues should be focused at voter contacts?

At voter contacts and meetings, candidates and voters should have democratic and straightforward dialogues to uphold the 15-year results of launching grassroots democracy regulation and promote people’s rights.
