Early April 4, the 2024 Global Cyber Security seminar took place at provincial Convention and Exhibition Center with the theme of "Future orientation of threats and how to respond in cyberspace".
At the seminar, delegates heard a report on the cybersecurity situation in Vietnam; global cybersecurity threat analysis in 2023 and threat trends for 2024; how to respond to cyber incidents; new models in cyber security... According to the 2023 report of Vietnam National Cyber Security Technology Joint Stock Company (NCS), the number of cyber attacks on organizations increased by 9.5% compared to in 2022, with 1,160 cases per month. The most common targets of attacks over the past year included government agencies, banking systems, financial institutions, industrial systems and other critical systems. The seminar was organized by World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC Binh Duong) in collaboration with Eastern International University, Code.Presso Company and Naru Security from Korea.
