A training course of Ministry of Finance’s circular has been opened for over 200 representatives from enterprises and Customs sector. The course was co-held by Binh Duong Customs, Viet Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and Binh Duong province’s Viet Nam Export and Import Club (VNEIC).

 Representatives were introduced with:

            Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 194/2010/TT-BTC of December 06, 2010 on guidelines for customs procedures, inspection and checking, import and export tax and tax management for import and export commodities, and

            Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 205/TT-BTC of December 15, 2010 on guidelines for tax calculation levied on import and export commodities.

The two circulars are substitutes for Circular No. 79/2009 and Circular No. 40/2008.
