Early October 13, provincial People's Committee held its 45th session, in attendance of Vo Van Minh, Vice- Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice- Chairman of provincial People's Committee.

The session approved 9 draft proposals and reports, including the draft proposal on extending the time of implementation of the Resolution No. 16/2022 of provincial People's Council on "Regulating school fees for public preschool and general education in Binh Duong province for the 2022-2023 school year to the end of the 2023-2024 school year"; the draft report on supplementing and adjusting provincial People's Council’s Resolution No. 39/2022 dated December 12, 2022 on State budget revenue estimates, local State budget revenue, expenditure and allocation for 2023; the draft proposal stipulating policies to attract, support training and foster to improve the quality of human resources in Binh Duong province; the draft report on implementing children's rights and resolving children's issues in 2023; the draft report on the results of resolving voters' petitions sent to the 11th session of the 10th provincial People's Council...
After hearing contributive ideas by departments and sectors, Mr. Minh spoke highly the draft reports and reports while saying that they were carefully prepared by departments and sectors with many important contents. He basically agreed on opinions contributed by delegates at the session.
He also requested relevant departments and sectors to acknowledge opinions by the delegates to set up draft resolutions that are appropriate and close to the local actual situation to ensure that when being approved by provincial People's Council, they will well resolve the local obstacles.
