Cambodian and Vietnamese NA speakers visit Vrg Khai Hoan JSC
August 23, Socialist Republic of Vietnam National Assembly Speaker Nguyen Sinh Hung and Kingdom of Cambodia National Assembly Speaker Samdech Heng Sam Ring had a working session with VRG Khai Hoan Joint Stock Company at Lai Hung Commune of Ben Cat District. The VRG Khai Hoan Joint Stock Company belongs to Vietnam Rubber Group.From 2006 up to date, Vietnam Rubber Group has developed rubber tree plantation of 80,000ha across 7 provinces in Cambodia together with school and housing facility investments for laborers. The group is aiming at planting 100,000 hectares of rubber trees under cooperation of the two governments. VRG Khai Hoan Joint Stock Company has once been a small producing company but now has grown up to a independent company equiped with technology to expand production. The products of the VRG Khai Hoan have reached for markets across continents and mainly in EU and USA thanks to permanent importing licenses.At the working session, Speaker Nguyen Sinh Hung highly appreciated achievements of Vietnam Rubber Group in general and VRG Khai Hoan Joint Stock Company in particular. Development of rubber tree plantation in Cambodia has improved spiritual and material life of local people as thorough commitments of leaders of the two nations.Speaker Samdech Heng Sam Ring of Kingdom of Cambodia National Assembly thanked the warm and solemn welcome in the unity and brotherhood spirit of the two parties, governments, and peoples.Reported by Duy Chi – Translated by Vi Bao
