Critique should be straight-forward, truthful and democratic in helping manner said provincial Secretary
Early September 21, the provincial Party Committee held a conference guilding critique and self-critique under the 4th plenum Reslution of the 11th tenure Central Committee of CPV.Accordingly, the standing committee of local Party Committee has reported the preparation, critique and self-critique of collectives and individuals under the doctrine of the 4th plenum Reslution of the 11th tenure Central Committee of CPV on Party building. In the meantime, the activities of critique and self-critique were guided in accordance with procedures and allocation of presenters with allocation to provincial Party Committee’s chairing and participation of Party Committee Standing Board members at district levels.Requirements of individual critique and self-critique should be in line with purposes and needs of construction and idea contribution to improve quality of Party organization in the locality, using 3 key and urgent issues of Party building to guide activtivies of localities, units, collectives, and individuals.The observing officers of the province should contribute their ideas and opinions to the presented critique.“The preparation should be serious and thorough to earn the highest yields. The check-up should be straight-forward, truthful, and democratic in helping manner. The critique and self-critique are to build up stronger and more united Party,” demanded Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Mai The Trung.He also stressed that those localities and officers following form’s sake should be reponsible for the outcomes.Reported by N.
