Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to conduct the critique and self-critique in the spirit of the 4th plenum Resolution of the 11th tenure of the Central Committee of CPV. On October 12, 2012, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development conducted a collective meeting to make personal and collective critique and the Board of Directors in the spirit of the 4th Resolution of Central Committee of CPV in the 11th tenure. Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, Mr. Tran Van Nam attended and directed the meeting. The conference focuses on clarifying three key issues of urgent fight to prevent and reverse the decline of ideology, political views, ethics, lifestyle, leadership capacity and combativeness of the Party; Team of leaders and managers at all levels shall be built up to meet the requirements in the period of accelerated industrialization, modernization and international integration. Addressing the conference, Mr. Tran Van Nam commanded the directors to conduct seriously and prudently critique and self-critique to ensure quality results without time restrictions. Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Le Van Rum said, before the critique conference, the Department has completed the audit report of self-critique and critique, objective assessment of the advantages and clarifying the causes of limitation with proposed remedies.
