Provincial Fatherland Front Committees (FFCs) at all levels have over time actively mobilized the local people to participate in movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam FFC. Especially, the campaign of “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals” has received enthusiastic response from all walks of life from people.

Diversification of gathering people

One of the highlighted things made by provincial FFCs at all levels in diversification of gathering all walks of life from people is the education and mobilization work of the local people to well realize the Party and State’s policies and laws.

Pham Van Canh, chairman of provincial FFC said that since early this year, provincial FFCs at all levels have excelled at gathering all walks of life from people, boosting and upholding the strength of national great unity via many effective models, including the clubs of proprietors, crime prevention; the self-managing groups on environmental protection, traffic safety…

Some localities have also teamed up with the branches of the local electricity company to launch a program on “Power saving for the sake of family and society”…

Provincial FFCs at all levels have also promoted many significant campaigns, namely “The entire people consolidate to build up cultural lifestyle in residential quarters”, “Studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals”, “Towards border and island regions”, “Paying debt of gratitude”, “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”…

In addition, they have cooperated with relevant agencies to make dissemination of information about the Party and State’s resolutions and directives on realizing civilized lifestyle in residential estates, rural regions, especially the program on new rural construction.

Further promoting patriotic movements

For the rest of the year, provincial FFCs will further promote patriotic movements launched by the local authorities while associating them with studying and following late President Ho Chi Minh’s exemplary morals by many practical forms.

They will also improve the quality of the movement “The entire people consolidate to build up cultural lifestyle in residential quarters” in the new context; actively implement the movement of “Vietnamese people give priority to using Vietnamese goods”; the Politburo’s Conclusion No.57/KL-TW on further upholding the strength of national great unity for "a prosperous people, a strong country and an equitable, democratic and civilized society"…

Vu Minh Sang, Permanent Deputy Secretary of provincial Party Committee cum Chairman of provincial People’s Council said that the province’s socio-economic performance has reached good changes towards a sustainable development, in which there has been a great contribution from provincial FFCs at all levels.

Also according to Mr.Sang, for better results, provincial FFCs at all levels need to well uphold the strength of national great unity; attach special importance to the province’s main tasks for the rest of the year; well realize the central authority’s great policies on Party and government building in accordance with the Resolution of the 4th session of the 11th Party Central Committee, conclusions at the 5th session of the 11th Party Central Committee…
