Focusing on key works
In terms of 2013 plan on basic construction investment, Mai Hung Dung, director of the provincial department of Planning and Investment, said the 2013 plan on basic construction investment will be launched amid difficulty context. The provincial capital source of basic construction investment has yet to meet requirements. Sectors, units and investors need to cooperate with to finish plan on basic construction investment capital for 2013, contributing to excel the 2013 goals of socio-economic development.
The key task of the 2012 basic construction investment is to focus on key works relating to areas of traffic, healthcare, education, water supply-drainage, waste treatment, environmental protection…, to invest in material facilities for 2 new districts of Tan Thanh and Bau Bang and among others.
Allocation of the 2013 basic construction investment will focus on finishing 2012’s projects, ODA projects and local key works. In addition, the provincial administration will give priority for completion of ongoing projects, urgent works, schooling works in Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An and Di An towns.
Land price unchanged
Based on document on issuing the 2013 local land price sheet, presented by Pham Danh, director of the provincial department of Environment and Natural Resources, price level of kinds of land will be basically like 2012’s price sheet.
However, the document focused on adjustment of land price at urban areas, production land, non-agriculture land at urban areas under Thu Dau Mot city, Thuan An and Di An towns.
In addition, the document concentrated on adding land price levels for accommodation land in Ben Cat and Tan Uyen districts.
Urgent issues will be queried
Today (Dec. 7), the session will include questions of voters and answers of deputies from the local departments of Trade and Industry, Environment and Natural Resources, Education and Training.
Voters’ urgent problems consist of support for businesses in solving inventory, measures to curb fake, poor-quality commodities, farm produce with toxic chemicals, measures of removal of polluted workshops, pending projects, quality of healthcare service and so on.
