Late Sept.28, the fifth session of provincial People’s Council concluded after one day of sitting. The session passed six resolutions regarding land-using fields, support policies for agricultural production, public healthcare policies…

At the session, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Tran Van Nam clarified all raised issues of provincial People’s Council members. They also voted on removing three members from office while approving three statements on electing three other members, namely Nguyen Ngoc Van, Nguyen Hong Sang and Truong Binh Long, to the Committee for Economics and State Budget, the Committee for Cultural-Social Affairs and the Committee for Laws, respectively.

The session also adopted a statement on removal of a retired cadre from membership of provincial People’s Committee and Mai Hung Dung, Director of provincial Department of Planning and Investment was elected as member of provincial People’s Committee for the 2011 and 2016 tenure.
