Provincial Youth Union has just approved the 2011 and 2015 project of “Unitizing and gathering young workers”, which is highly appreciated by the local departments and public opinion. Gathering and building up a staff of advanced workers at the province’s development is the objective and reasonable need. All young workers herein have the chance to enjoy meaningful attention and care from the project.

The “Unitizing and gathering young workers” model was implemented across the province between 2007 and 2009, but it only focused on those living at lodging facilities. Accordingly, provincial Youth Union and Women’s Union set up 680 sub-unions and clubs for youths at lodging facilities with 26,792 members. Many significant activities were also organized, including kicking off the annual week for young workers, opening computer classes for them…
As a result, young workers herein made their contributions to the local development; created useful playgrounds at their demands; helped each other to overcome difficulties… With the positive effects, the province’s Project of “Unitizing and Gathering young workers between 2011 and 2015” makes a breakthrough in the size of gathering all young workers working and living in the province.
The birth of the project is very suitable to the province’s development demand in the modernization and industrialization process with the goal of building up a civilized and advanced working class. Under the project, 1,000 sub-unions, clubs with 55,000 youth members and 250 youth sub-unions in businesses and residential quarters with 15,000 members will be established…
It is known that a staff of 2,000 cadres, collaborators and 4,000 propagandists will participate in realizing the project. Do Ngoc Huy, vice-secretary of provincial said: “Through the project, the number of young people taking part in activities launched by provincial Youth Union and its affiliates will rise to 70%”. All young workers taking jobs and living in the province will have the chance to enjoy more attention and help via significant activities from the project.
