 Thanks to the regulation on democracy implemented drastically, so far, there have been 117 businesses organizing conferences for laborers. Trade unions at all levels have also organized dialogues with laborers; set up and signed labor deals with businesses; guided businesses to make the pay scales and direct dialogues with laborers, giving timely solutions for laborers’ feelings and desires…

 

Dialogues with laborers helps businesses have timely solutions for their petitions, contributing to developing harmonious labor relations

 Under the Decree No.87 on implementation of the regulation on democracy and relevant documents, many businesses have realized to sign labor deals and make public their policies on salary, social insurance, health insurance…Shyang Hung Cheng Co.Ltd. with around 5,000 workers in Thuan An district has seen as one of the typical businesses in implementation of the Decree No.87. The company has regularly grasped laborers’ feelings & desires and focused on dealing with their petitions.

Minimizing number of wrong businesses

 According to the report of provincial Labor Union, only 52% out of businesses with trade union locals have built, signed labor deals and set up grassroots labor conciliation councils. Implementation of the labor law in businesses with trade union locals has become better and seen positive changes annually. But, there have been shortcomings in the inspection work over implementation of the policies for laborers at non-State businesses.
