Trainees of Cambodian Ministry of Home Affairs meet up Ben Cat District Police in an exchange visit
Yesterday morning of October 17, Ben Cat District Police Department leaders welcomed trainees and all-level leaders of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Kingdom of Cambodia on their visit to Ben Cat District Police station. The Cambodian delegation included 30 officers working in academic fields and professional researches on crime prevention at the University of People's Police. Speaking at the meeting, Ben Cat District Deputy Police Chief, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Lam reported to the delegation the prevention of crime fighting in the district in 2011 and for the first nine months of 2012. Representing the delegation, Major Korm Vothy Kun expressed his pleasure to visit and exchange experiences in Ben Cat District Police station. He thanked the staffs for the enthusiastic reception while pressing on strong cooperation of forces in the two countries to suppress transnational crime, especially drug-related crimes.
